Online appointment booking (mobi.MED)
I use the mobi.MED booking system to schedule appointments. Bookings are made via the mobi.MED booking system (scheduler.mobimed.at), which is integrated into this website. For technical reasons, your IP address is transmitted to the provider when you access the booking page. The data collected there (name, contact details, desired appointment) is used exclusively for processing the appointment (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR). The mobi.MED privacy policy also applies to data processing on the booking page.
Health data
Health data collected during medical treatment is subject to medical confidentiality (§ 54 of the Austrian Medical Act 1998) and is processed exclusively for the purpose of your treatment and documentation (Art. 9 para. 2 lit. h GDPR, § 51 of the Austrian Medical Act 1998). The statutory retention periods for medical documentation apply.

Some image files from the website theme are currently loaded from an external content delivery network (Extendify or w.org). For technical reasons, this involves transmitting your IP address to the respective provider (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). This integration is continuously being switched to locally stored content.
