Often, the honest answer is a combination—or restraint: A deep nasolabial fold, for example, often results from sagging cheek volume; simply filling the fold treats the symptom rather than the cause. Can you see signs of treatment?
It's a matter of dose and level, not the procedure. My goal is for you to look recovered—not treated. That's why I tend to start with a low dose and adjust it during checkups.
At what age does wrinkle treatment make sense?
There is no age limit, only one indication: when lines begin to appear even on a relaxed face. Using a low dose preventively can be beneficial—but it's not universally recommended.
What if no treatment makes sense at all?
